Unexpected Pairings: Wine and Vietnamese Food
Join Trac Le and Linh Phu in the first of an occasional dinner series featuring wine and Asian food. During this multi-course meal, you will learn and taste how to pair wine with the traditional flavors of Vietnamese cuisine: think cilantro, fish sauce, chiles, rice vinegar, mint, and basil. A educational and exuberant event, this will be no ordinary Friday night. As always, we will punctuate tasting with conversation and learning, and we promise you an palate-opening experience.
