Turn your green tomatoes into relishes, bake with them, or just cook up some simple recipes for dinner. And in case you can't cook all your green tomatoes, you'll learn how to ripen them off-the-vine. Instructor Kristin Danielsen-Wong brings over 20 years of experience in food preserving and teaching, and she just might like green tomatoes better than red.
