Witty, Intelligent, Incisive. A young man claiming to be Sidney Poitier's son cons an Upper East Side couple. He sets in motion a series of events that will alter the course of their lives forever. Inspired by a true story, the play is both a laugh-out-loud comedy and a biting social commentary about the separation between the 'haves' and the 'have-nots. Winner of the 1993 New York Critic's Circle Award.
Directed by Rachel Klem, with Mary Cates, Aaron Dunlap, Larry Evans, Lenore Field, Alphonse Nicholson, David Sennett & Amanda Watson.
