WAVE's Cooking Class - October
Join Chef Kristine Subido as she leads each class through a fun demo and tasting, where students walk away with full stomachs and recipes to try at home. Class includes a welcome cocktail and a multi-course lunch with wine. Classes are 2:30-4:30 the first Saturday of each month.
Menu Sample:
Roasted Delicata squash soup
Chilled green bean salad with roasted hazelnut vinaigrette and tomato confit
Pan roasted sea scallops with candied ginger-apple puree
Roasted pork tenderloin, black mission fig salad and fig-balsamic puree
Spiced apple and pear crisp with hazelnut gelato
