Dwight & Nicole Live @ Riverwalk
Soulful Blues and Roots act, Dwight & Nicole (fronted by recording artists Dwight Ritcher & Nicole Nelson), will be performing at Riverwalk Cafe in Nashua, NH on Saturday, April 18th. The duo has been compared to many legends of our time - Etta James and John Lee Hooker, Mavis Staples and BB King - but have their very own captivating sound. After experiencing one of their powerful performances, it's easy to understand why even Dr. Maya Angelou is a fan.
Nelson, crowned "The Voice of Vermont" by the Burlington Free Press, was a finalist on NBC's hit show, The Voice, in 2012. Her version of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" was a hit, landing at #24 on the iTunes Pop Charts and garnering national attention and some serious critical praise. 2014 has seen Dwight & Nicole release their second entirely fan-funded album, Shine On, play a string of sold out shows along the East Coast with Norah Jones and Puss N' Boots, and receive their 7th Boston Music Awards nomination (Pop/R&B Act of the Year).
