Open Kitchen's Easter Chocolates
Back by popular demand...chocolate truffles! Celebrate Spring with a special twist on Chef Sean's original menu!
In this hands-on class, our Chocolatier, Chef Sean Lougheed, will introduce the history, craft, and techniques of artisanal chocolate making. Students will learn how to prepare Honey Milk Chocolate Truffles, then shape, roll, and decorate three different varieties: white chocolate-dipped eggs, milk chocolate, and toasted pecan!
