Please join us for an evening of fine dining and excellent entertainment while supporting Calumet College of St. Joseph.
The 50th Anniversary of the Annual Trustees' Scholarship Ball will be held on Saturday, April 11th at the Center for Visual and Performing Arts, Munster, IN. Dress is Black Tie preferred.
The evening starts with an open bar cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m., with guests being treated to music by Chicago's Phase4 Band. Passed appetizers include Mediterranean Bruschetta, Italian Stuffed Mushrooms and Smoked Salmon Toast. Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m.
For the entrée, guests may choose from a Meat option of 6oz Filet Mignon, a Seafood option of 6oz Lobster tail with three jumbo French fried shrimp, a Vegetarian option of Eggplant and red pepper terrine, a Gluten Free option of Filet with char grilled onions or seafood with sautéed jumbo shrimp. There will be two full open bars.
After dinner there is a brief program, followed by dance music provided by Chicago's Phase4 Band.
There will be a raffle drawing at 10:00 p.m. Tickets are 6 for $20.00 or 1 for $5.00 and can be purchased before or during the event. Winner not be present.
All proceeds from this spectacular event benefit student scholarships at Calumet College of St. Joseph. Without aid, a college education is no more than a dream for many students.
