The Joy of Cheese d.b.a Six Pack Present The Local
Express yourself the local way! Please join us Tuesday October 5th at 7:30 as The joy of Cheese and d.b.a Brooklyn present The Local, a tasting of seven amazing locally made cheeses and seven wonderful locally brewed beers. There's a chance that one of the cheeses will be from a Brooklyn based cheesemaker who is creating extraordinary fromage on his upstate farm but not yet selling his cheese commercially (I've had it; it's really good). I'll present the cheese; Ray Deter will present the beers. Tickets are $25.
