As part of Eat Real Festival's Eat Bait campaign, we'll be salting anchovies fresh off the boat at Fish Restaurant in Sausalito. You'll take home 4 jars of salted anchovies and share a meal with your fellow canners.

About Yes, We Can.
Yes, We Can is a community supported canning project. This year, we'll be adding a special twist we're calling Commando Canning. Instead of canning in commercial kitchens, we'll be taking our show on the road, to get as close to the source as we can get.
