"Whole Foods" Approach to Decreasing Inflammation Friday, March 13 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Hands on cooking class and sharing of valuable information on how to decrease inflammation. Inflammation is a common factor in arthritis, allergies and many other illnesses. Learn which common foods possess anti-inflammatory properties and which ones are pro-inflammatory. The Diabetes Friendly Kitchen Friday, April 17 1:00 PM - 3:00 P.M. Whether you have diabetes or are pre diabetic knowing what to cook is half the battle. This hands on class will teach a about keeping your blood sugars level through the day by eating and preparing delicious meals. Cooking for Thyroid Disease Friday, April 24 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Learn more about your thyroid you thyroid disease, its symptoms and how a proper diet can help better affect thyroid function. Prepare some healthful delicious dishes.
Class Fee: $35 (non-members), $30 (members) - register by March 1st, save 10%.
