Thieves in the Night presents Pitch/Fork feat. Foreseeable Futures
Why do restaurants spend so much time poring over menus, plates and lighting, yet they crank Spotify radio and call that dinner music? Not so fast. Sound plays a bigger part in the eating experience than most realize. It actually can enhance or diminish flavor, a phenomenon called synesthesia.
To test this we are collaborating with indie-folk power duo Foreseeable Futures on Pitch/Fork, a five-course meal replete with sweet sounds and awesome food. It will be a delicious experience for the taste buds and the ears.
