Grab your friends and head to Open Kitchen for some good fun and great food with Chef Katie! We're dishing up a spring edition of our Farmer's Market feast at our April Cork & Fork - featuring local, seasonal produce with a gourmet twist.
In this interactive demonstration, Chef Katie will prepare several small plates paired with a tasting of wines. You'll get recipes for the dishes served, plus pro tips and culinary tricks, from selecting seasonal produce to cooking techniques, wine education, and more!
