Hip to Heel with Esther De Ville / Flexibility with St Stella

Esther teaches the power of a woman's leg in this introductory stocking peel class. Learn to strut, pose, peel and reveal your longest lines.
Dress Code: Dancewear
Things to bring :
-Thigh High Stockings (preferably not stay ups)
-Garter Belt
-Heels
8pm - 9pm
Want to get into those impressive poses to wow the audience or just improve your body movement and extension?
This class is for you! Whether you are still struggling to touch your toes or are inches away from that perfect split, this class will take you trough proper stretching techniques that work towards front splits and open splits. Special attention is given to form and full extension.
Things to bring :
- Bring a yoga mat and water
- Wear stretchy, comfortable clothes
$25 in advance for both classes.
