Cicerone versus Cicerone 5-Course Beer & Food Pairing Event
Jimmy's No. 43 is pleased to welcome two Certified Cicerones (for those who don't know, the Cicerone is a certification similar to the wine world's sommelier) in a food and beer pairing face-off. James Tai and Brendan Woodcock will be pairing beers to foods selected by each Cicerone, Jimmy's No. 43 and a special "surprise guest chef".
There will be five dishes (one chosen by each Cicerone, two by Jimmy's No. 43, and the final dish served up on the spot). James and Brendan will pair five beers that they think make the best food and beer pairing. So that's 10 beers total for participants to sample alongside five dishes.
Expert judges along with the public will be given scorecards to rank the best pairings in a walk-around tasting event that will tantalize taste buds and award bragging rights to the most masterful Cicerone!
All sales are final.
