FAB Fermentation featuring SANDOR KATZ
Enjoy an evening of Fermentation featuring SANDOR KATZ, author of Wild Fermentation, Art of Fermentation and The Revolution Will Not Be Microwaved!
Mingle and converse with others, while enjoying appetizers handcrafted by local chefs. Appetizers feature ferments prepared by FAB FERMENTS and others. There will be plenty of VEGAN options!
Each attendee will receive a 16oz glass FAB FERMENTS mason jar with lid and 1 raffle ticket. Enter to win numerous prizes including a CROCK!!

-CULTURE SWAP!! Please bring extra cultures you wish to share/trade!! Cultures for Health, Snowville Creamery and Fab Ferments will also be donating cultures for you to take home!!
**Guest are highly encouraged, but not required to bring a ferment of their own to share with others. This is your opportunity to share your homemade miso, beer, kimchi, mead, tehmphe, sour creme, chutney, ginger beer, sauerkraut, vinegar, yogurt, pickles, cheese, water kefir + MORE!
-Make sure to bring a note pad & pen to take notes!
There will be an opportunity to purchase books, ferments and more!
