One Child, One Plan
Cardinal Innovations Healthcare Solutions is excited to partner with Meckcares Community Training Institute (MCTI) to provide this One Child, One Plan training opportunity. When utilized, the tool can assist with organization and promote accountability for the Child and Family Team Members that are assisting a family. One Child, One Plan has also been helpful for those very complex cases as well as those involved with the Judicial System.
During this training, participants will become familiar with the One Child, One Plan and will discuss implementing it into practice. Participants will receive hands on practice using the tool and will receive suggestions as to how One Child, One Plan will assist with holding Child and Family Team Members accountable.
