Beer Sessions Radio Presents Rare Beer Week Dinner
We'll be raiding the cellar as we co-host (alongside Beer Sessions Radio) a NYC Beer Week "Rare Lots" prix fixe beer dinner with a menu curated by guest chef Matthew Garelick (Executive Sous Chef with the Grand Hyatt). Matthew will create special pairings for a five-course dinner paired with these "wild" beers (subject to change):
*Jolly Pumpkin "Fuego del Otono" (made with wild yeast) *Element Interval Ale "Altoberfest" *The Bruery Oude Tart (Flemish sour barrel-aged) *De Dochtar "Embrasse" (a dark candied sugar 8% ABV beer) *Maine Beer Co. "King Titus"
Participants will get to mingle with beer experts in attendance, talk with BSR reps, and finally judge the beer and food pairings with a scorecard.
We hope you can join us for this sit-down dinner.
Please note: We start promptly at 7 p.m. Latecomers may not be able to repeat a missed course/pairing.
All sales are final.
