ANYTHING GOES
A madcap farce set in the 1930s on an ocean liner bound for London from New York, ANYTHING GOES boasts a brilliant script, delightfully witty songs, and fabulous dance numbers to bring the house down. The S.S. American, sailing from New York to England, carries an unusual group of passengers, amongst them a gangster, a wealthy debutante and her mother, a nightclub singer, and a New York businessman, and his stowaway assistant. A group of sailors and passengers contribute to the antics, which include plenty or romance, zany disguises, fabulous dancing and a rousing revival. The score features numerous classic Cole Porter songs, including I Get a Kick Out of You; You're the Top; Blow, Gabriel, Blow; and It's Delovely.
