KatieMade Introduction to Breadmaking Class - LGA
Come learn how to make great bread the KatieMade way! We'll learn about mixing, kneading, hydration, shaping, fermentation, and more, and eat some great bread while we're at it! We'll be making baguettes several ways, Sicilian bread, ciabatta, focaccia, soup bowls, and more. You'll go home with lots of useful knowledge, and lots of terrific bread! We'll also provide snacks, wine and more.
