THE 5M PROJECT
Where SOMA and Downtown meet
At the junction of downtown, mid-market, Yerba Buena, and the newly formed central corridor, the 5M Project (located on 5th between Mission and Howard) is an approximately 1.7 million square foot mixed use development that looks to respond to its diverse context. The Project is undergoing rezoning, with a draft EIR out on the street and approvals approaching this summer. Hear Forest City's approach to creating a lively new district using a variety of uses and building forms responding to this unique opportunity.
