Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
This training will identify the 5 key concepts in developing a Wellness Recovery Action Plan. Participants will explore what makes them well. The curriculum will focus on personal responsibility, education, self-advocacy,and support.
WRAP will help you notice when things seem to be off balance in your life, and help you coordinate effective ways to get back to feeling your best. WRAP does not replace traditional treatments, but can be used as a compliment to any other treatment options you have chosen.
