2:00-4:30 - Closing of Ragtime @ Theater Building
4:30-5:30 - Cocktail Reception @ Theater Building
5:30-7:30 - Take the Trader Todds trolley with us to three different restaurants all providing a course
7:30-9:00 - Arrive at Studio BE for dessert, entertainment, & silent auction

Studio BE is a progressive, non-profit performing arts training and development center located in the heart of Lakeview. In our first year we've worked to change the lives of over 50 young people by providing them with a safe, nurturing environment to learn, play and grow as performers and citizens. Our programs are high-energy, transformative experiences focusing on performance opportunities that foster creativity, self esteem, ambition, self discovery and excellence in the performing arts. In the past year, we have awarded over $10,000 in scholarships to our programs. But we need your help to ensure that needy students in our area can continue to be a part of the amazing Studio BE community.

Studio BE's BE PROGRESSIVE EVENT SCHOLARSHIP BENEFIT is a fundraiser designed to help us continue to offer scholarships to our students. The event begins with the final performance of our ALL STUDENT production of RAGTIME: SCHOOL EDITION, followed by a VIP Cocktail Reception featuring the cast of RAGTIME and other community VIPs. Guests will then travel to several local restaurants, sampling the best fare each establishment has to offer. Finally, guests will arrive back at Studio BE for dessert, dancing, entertainment, a fabulous silent auction, and of course, more booze!

Includes: 4 tickets to the August 28 performance of RAGTIME & Post-show cocktail VIP reception; Full dinner package for 4; Full-Page Program Ad, reaching over 1,000 Lakeview community members and families; Recognition at the top of each performance of RAGTIME and on the Studio BE website; And 4 Studio BE VIP passes good for over 100 events happening at Studio BE in 2010.

$500 Gold Level:

$300 Silver Level
Includes 2 tickets to the August 28 performance of Ragtime & Post-show VIP cocktail reception; Full dinner package for 2; 1/4-Page Program ad, reaching over 1,000 Lakeview community members and families; Recognition at the event at the event and on the Studio BE website.
Silent Auction Donations:

We are also accepting donations of items for our silent auction. We'll accept donations of pretty much anything! Want give us a coupon for a free chiropractic adjustment? We'll take it. If you've got season tickets to a Cubs game, how about donating a game to the silent auction. You've got theatre tickets? How about coupling that with a backstage tour or dinner at a nearby restaurant. Anything you or your business can offer us would be greatly appreciated. Remember the proceeds from this event go directly to offering scholarships to Studio BE learners.
