The Joy of Cheese Workshop Pressents Soft Comparisons
Where do you shop for cheese? How is this bargain place? Why is that brie $22 a pound? Please join us Thursday August 11 at 7:3pm for a brand new series, Joy of Cheese Workshop where we will go in depth to explore certain issues surrounding cheese. At this session we will compare and mostly contrast the differences between highbrow middlebrow and lowbrow soft cheeses. Some of it will be sublime, some of it will be mediocre, but will price always be the determining factor? Come find out. This Workshop will take place in the salon room at Culturefix, 9 Clinton St., (near Houston St.) Space is limited at this event to 15 people. The Workshop will run till about 9. Tickets are $25; you pay for your beverages as you go.
