Mini Cooking Demo - The Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking
Due to the tremendous interest in our January Cookbook Series featuringThe Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking by Marcella Hazan, we have added a Mini Cooking Demo from the same cookbook on Tues., Feb. 3rd at 2 - 3:30 pm. "Marcella's book is the most authentic guide to Italian food ever written in the U. S. Where other authors have failed, Marcella has brilliantly succeeded in capturing the feel, the aromatic scent, the subtle nuances of fresh country flavors and, above all, the easy uncomplication of Italian food prepared in the Italian style.
