Austin Saengerrunde 136th Anniversary Gala
You are cordially invited to the Austin Saengerrunde Anniversary Gala. Celebrating the extraordinary milestone of its 136th Anniversary. Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 6:30pm to 11pm.
Attendees will arrive to a luminous black tie scene and enjoy historic photos, live big band music, heavy hors d'oeuvres, German bier, wine and cocktails.

Obazda - Bavarian beer cheese served on pretzel round
Duckefett mit Knödel - Potato dumpling with bacon, onion and sour cream sauce
Kochklopse - Veal meatballs in creamy caper sauce
Currywurst Bite
Frank custom-made Austin Beerworks Schwarzbier infused smoked bratwurst bite served with braised red cabbage with ABW Dusseldorf mustard drizzle
Ham and Sauerkraut Roll-Ups - Baked Black Forest Ham wrapped around sauerkraut topped with Butterkäse
Sweet Birocks - Light pastry stuffed with plum and marscapone
Black Forrest Cake Bite with a small shot of Schladerer Kirschwasser digestif
