Christopher Elbow is a Kansas City native whose confections are sold from coast to coast. A University of Nebraska graduate (we won't hold that against him) Chris has worked with the likes of Emeril Lagasse in Las Vegas and Jean Joho in Paris. And in Kansas City he headed up Shiraz and was the pastry chef at the American Restaurant. Many Kansas Citians know him as "The Chocolate Guy" and more recently as "The Ice Cream Guy".
Get an insider's view of Christopher Elbow Chocolates and Elbow's new ice cream shop, Glace. Mr. Elbow will provide attendees with a full tour of his downtown chocolate shop as well as demonstrate his ice cream making. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and ask questions of Chris as well as sample many of his new chocolates and ice cream / sorbet flavors. This is a rare opportunity to see Kansas City's own Christopher Elbow in action behind the scenes at his beautiful shop.
