We will be closing part of the restaurant for an "interactive cider dinner". Stations will be set up each with a cider & food pairing.
Each "Cider Station" will have a representative/cider maker from the cidery on hand to pour & answer questions.
This is a unique opportunity to meet the craftsmen and women behind the scenes of your favorite ciders!

*BBQ Shrimp (Gluten Free)
*Tomato, Bacon Jam, Goat Cheese Crostini (Gluten Free)
*Poncho Cider Wing (Gluten Free) (The sauce for this wing will be made with a cider)
*Pulled Pork Taco (Gluten Free)
*Sashimi Tuna with Wasabi mayo and crisped wontons (Light gluten- contains soy)
*Charcuterie and cheese board (Gluten free)
*Smoked Sausage Flatbread
*Burger Sliders on a Pretzel Bun
