Shuck and Talk
Slow Food NYC and Jimmy's No. 43 are teaming up to bring you an evening of delicious local, Peconic Pearl Oysters. The oyster grower Karen Rivera will be on hand to discuss the importance of oysters to water quality, and will be demonstrating how to shuck. The price of admission includes a dish of oysters and a drink.
