Synopsis of Play:
This acclaimed romantic comedy by Craig Lucas is an allegorical adult fairy tale with a twist. For Peter and Rita the course of their true love runs smoothly, one might even say magically, until a single kiss from an elderly uninvited wedding guest changes everything dramatically! From that moment forward a very confused Peter must figure out what happened and rescue the terrified Rita from some very dark and powerful magic. Will he succeed and will it be in time?
You may have seen the 1992 movie with Meg Ryan and Alec Baldwin. Come see the play that it was based on!
The show runs approximately 2 hours with one intermission.

Ordering tickets in advance will ensure that you will get seats for the show, but we don't assign specific seats.
All tickets will be held at the Box Office for pick-up. No paper tickets will be mailed out.
General admission tickets will also be sold at the door starting one hour prior to each performance.
Our Box Office in the lobby of the Town Hall can accept cash or checks, but cannot accept credit cards.
