Cassava is a Toronto based Latin band that performs different styles and rhythms from many areas of Latin America. The music reflects the colour and flavor of Latin styles such as Salsa, Cha cha-cha and Bolero from Cuba, Bossa Nova and Samba from Brazil, Cumbia from Colombia, contemporary Latin-Jazz and Fusion.
