Zone 7 "Dinners on the Farm" @ Muth Family Farm
Please join us for Zone 7 "Dinners on the Farm" at Muth Family Farm in Williamstown, NJ. Guests will be welcomed with drinks and hors d'oeuvres, and escorted on a farmer-led tour of the fields. Then, at tables arranged alongside the field of organic corn, enjoy a delicious 4-course meal, featuring the seasonal bounty, prepared by one of the New Jersey's great chefs, Christopher Albrecht of Eno Terra in Kingston. The Bent Spoon of Princeton will provide the evening's dessert. All courses will accompanied by great wines from sustainable vineyards. Proceeds with benefit a collaborative effort between the NJ Farm to School Network and the Fair Food Project of Philadelphia.
