Cafe Nordo presents: Don Nordo del Midwest

After years of presenting culinary masterpieces in such unlikely venues as a chocolate factory, a former museum, and even (weirdly enough!) a theatre, Chef Nordo Lefesczki has finally found a permanent home, and can tell his story of a personal journey from soup to nuts and beyond.

Through the eyes of the food writer who first discovered him, we meet his trusty sous-chef, known only as Sancho, and witness the duels and dreams that helped shape Nordo into the brilliant megalomaniac he is today.

Featuring a nine-course Midwestern Tapas* menu, live original music, a five glass wine flight of Spanish varietals specially selected by Nordo's sommelier, and the adventures of Don Nordo and Sancho as they battle the theology of bland cuisine.

Please join us for the inaugural production of Nordo's Culinarium, Pioneer Square's new center for the culinary and performing arts.

*Midwestern Tapas: /ˈtapəs/ (n) a wide variety of small, shareable plates in Spanish cuisine inspired by Midwestern food.

Opening night April 16th
Doors open 30 minutes before show time.
Show duration varies 2.5 - 3 hours depending on house size.

Dietary Restrictions:
Due to the nature of Café Nordo experiences, substitutions are very difficult. We have a vegetarian option for all and a gluten free option for most of the 9 courses. There is no non-dairy option. We do count on you to communicate these restrictions when you check in, and that you commit to these restrictions for the duration of the evening.
