The Joy of Cheese d.b.a Six Pack Presents Fromage et Biere
You knew the French are pretty good at making cheese, right? They are also accomplished brewers. Please join us February 13 (yes, Bastille Day eve) for a celebration of great French cheese and awesome French beer. I'll present seven hand crafted cheeses, most of them aged by the great affineur Herve Mons, and Ray Deter will present seven French--or French inspired--beers to accompany them. The tasting runs from 7 to 8:15 or so, and tickets are $25.
