KSER Basic Broadcast Class - Winter, 2015
KSER Basic Broadcast Class
An evening 2-hour weekly class designed to cover the basics of understanding how to work in community radio. A veteran KSER broadcaster will explain the basic information on how to produce and perform a DJ Music show or how to do a news and public affairs program.
Class will cover the basics of understanding broadcast equipment and technique and the rules and regulations that apply to community broadcasting.
The class is the perfect starting ground for those interested in volunteering as a producer or on-air performer in community radio.
Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for six (6) weeks.
The introductory class will take place on Tuesday, January 27, 2014 starting at 6:00 p.m.
All classes will be conducted at the KSER Studios located at 2623 Wetmore Ave, Everett, WA 98201
