San Diego Airport Rental Car Center: AIASD Members' Tour

Join AIA San Diego and the Austin|Sundt Joint Venture for a "members-only" hard-hat tour of the new San Diego International Airport Rental Car Center, now nearing its construction schedule's mid-point. This 2 million sf mainly concrete & steel structure incorporates extensive sustainable elements including storm water management, PV capability, recycled and locally sourced materials and high-efficiency MEP equipment. In addition, the facility will accommodate mixed uses such as a restaurant and other customer service-providers while greatly contributing to a reduction in local traffic and delivering operating efficiencies for tenants.

The tour offers 2.0 HSW-eligible CE LU's. Capacity is very limited first-registered, first-served.
