Umami (People + Food) brings people together to cook and eat amazing & affordable food, to drink and talk with strangers and friends in a generous atmosphere, and to have such a damn fine time doing it that even cleaning up for 90 is fun.

An adamantly non-profit and generous project, Umami is an all-volunteer social event, and all proceeds generated from ticket sales go only to cover the costs of plates, glasses and other overhead for future meals.
