Producer Dinner: Minh Tsai and Hodo Soy Beanery
Beyond the white block. Freshly made artisan tofu is a sublime revelation. Yuba (tofu skin) made by hand from organic, non-gmo, first press soy beans is like the most delicate pappardelle pasta imaginable- silky, tender, and al dente. Good tofu is usually incredibly hard to come by, but we in the Bay Area are lucky to have Hodo Soy Beanery, a local artisan tofu company. Weâve invited Minh Tsai, Hodo's Founder and Tofu Master to prepare you a multi-course non-vegetarian feast that celebrates his tofu, yuba, and sustainable philosophy. Trac Le will pair wines to match a menu that is an exciting departure from our normal fare. This promises to be a meal luxurious in your mouth, satisfying to your stomach, and enlightening to your mind. Join us!
