Slow Food Kansas City Presents, Terra Madre

Please join Slow Food Kansas City as we explore what Terra Madre means to Kansas City and how we can use this information to enhance our conversations about food.

This evening will be largely informal and will include a presentation on Terra Madre & Salone del Gusto 2014 by Lisa Waterman Gray, Slow Food USA delegate to Terra Madre in Turin, Italy. You'll learn about what Terra Madre is, what they accomplished in Turin this year as an international movement, and how Slow Food Kansas City envisions the international direction set forth by the Slow Food International Congress, to be executed here in Kansas City.
