Anatomy in Focus - Connective Tissue of the Knee
On Sunday, January 25th, join the Anatomy in Clay Centers to learn about the anatomy of the knee!
Instructors Amy Anderson and Gregory Gonzales will teach this four-hour workshop, which is open to learners from all backgrounds. The workshop begins with an introduction to anatomical terms and concepts, followed by learning about the knee in three-dimensions.
You will use clay applied to skeleton model to build the connective tissue of the knee, including the ligaments, tendons, menisci, bursae, and the joint capsule.
The workshop concludes with a series of gentle Pilates-based exercises to help identify and engage the anatomy within your own body.
Class size is limited, and pre-registration is required.
