Walls of Pride
Two tours (one by bike, one by bus) celebrating and showcasing the contributions of African American artists to the North Portland community! At least a dozen works of public art are viewed, including pieces by: Charlotte Lewis, Adriene Cruz, Isaka Shamsud-Din, Lewis Harris, and Charles Tatum. Two of the artists whose work are viewed on the tour, Isaka Shamsud-Din and Adriene Cruz, are guest speakers at the sites of their art.
