This hit Broadway musical - the only one ever written to be performed only by teenagers - is the story of Evan Goldman, just about to turn 13, whose move to a new town and new school complicates his hope for an unforgettable birthday and rockin' party. Now Evan just wants to make new friends and survive the school year. At 13, that's easier said than done.
With a live band and incredibly witty rock score that the whole family will love, Roustabout Theater's "13" is a high-energy musical about discovering that cool is where you find it, and sometimes where you least expect it.
Performances are July 30th, 7:30pm, July 31st, 3:00 & 7:30pm and August 1st, 3:00 & 7:30pm at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts.
