CLASS: Belly Dance with a Twist
Bust your butt and kick your abs into high gear for the summer. With dance circles, camp fires and parties coming fast and furious, now is a great chance to meet or reconnect with Eastern Dance. This class will focus on blending Middle Eastern basics with ornaments and other movements from classical Indian dance. Class will teach learning combinations with a fusion flavor and will include structured exercise for improvisation so you can bring your new knowledge to summer dance circles and parties.
Please bring:
Work out clothes that don't disguise your figure, Prepare to sweat, be able to kick, and let the teacher see your abs. Hip belts are a plus, or bring scarf you can tie around your hips.
