Meatless Mondays - Artists' Perspectives
We inaugurate a new iteration of our Meatless Mondays series tonight! In addition to cooking classes, we will now host inexpensive vegetarian dinners that make Meatless Mondays a celebratory and informative communal experience. Join us around our big cypress table for a rice and beans meal that exemplifies the principles of Meatless Mondays: vegetarian, delicious, and sustainable. Over dinner you will learn about Mark Gravel's madly popular pop-up restaurant project and Jay Dion's poignant and powerful artwork based in the idea of a gift economy.
