Holy Mountain Brewery Dinner at Delancey
We're very excited to team up with Holy Mountain Brewing Company for a five-course brewer's dinner. Each and every course will be both cooked with and paired with one of Holy Mountain's delicious beers. The final menu will depend on what's at the farmers' market that week, as well as which beers are at their prime... but we already have a batch of beer vinegar fermenting, and we're busy testing beer-braised meats, beer-glazed vegetables, beer mignonette(!), and beer ice cream(!!), and beer batters, and beer sauces, and you get the picture! The brewers from Holly Mountain will be present to introduce the beers and ask any questions. See you there.
