There are not many cooking techniques that require so little yet give so much back. All you need are a handful of fine ingredients, large cuts of meat from your local butcher shop, and patience. The art of slow cooking can be mastered by most, and by the end of your hands-on session with chef Dmitry Elperin, you will be well on your way to becoming a master of braised meat.
Your day will include cooking alongside chef Dmitry, then after instruction, you will be treated to a family-style meal, where you will enjoy a selection of the dishes you helped create with wines paired by a member of our sommelier team.
