Special Edition Slow Drink event, a Single Malt Scotch Tasting Seminar with The Balvenie
Slow Drink will be presenting a Single Malt Scotch Tasting Seminar with The Balvenie - makers of hand-crafted single malt Scotch, Sunday June 6 4-6pm at the Lake Chalet in Oakland CA.
This Special Edition Slow Drink event will be a Scotch tasting and food pairing at Oakland's Lake Chalet with The Balvenie brand ambassador for North America, Andrew Weir. The entire range of The Balvenie, Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year, Balvenie Single Barrel 15 Year, Balvenie Madeira Cask 17 Year, Balvenie PortWood 21 Year, will be tasted and paired with specially prepared appetizers from the Lake Chalet kitchen.

Slow Drink is a program of Slow Food Berkeley, and presents a regular monthly mixer every second Sunday at the Lake Chalet in Oakland. Slow Drink is a fun, informal social gathering of Slow Foodies and others of the "Slow" persuasion. It's a chance to find out what's happening in the Slow Food universe and an opportunity to talk to the leadership of Slow Food Berkeley and let us know what you think.
