ARCADE Journal's Duwamish River Superfund (Cocktail) Boat Tour
ARCADE Journal, Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition (DRCC) and guests from Seattle's design community guide a two hour evening tour of the Duwamish River Superfund Site. See the juxtaposition of the working waterfront, salmon migration route, and diverse neighborhoods among one of the country's most toxic sites. Learn about the natural and built environment of the Duwamish Valley, environmental health and (in)justice, and future plans for Seattle's very own Superfund cleanup site.
The guided tour aboard the Admiral Pete power boat will happen rain or shine.
ARCADE Journal will provide a cash bar with beverages and snacks.
This tour is appropriate for people of all ages and is ADA accessible.
