Bacon and Beer at Back Forty
Back Forty has done beer events in the past, but this time we're doing things a little differently. We're skipping the sit down dinner and throwing a party with our friends Ari Weinzweig, of Zingerman's in Ann Arbor Michigan and author of the Guide to Better Bacon, and Christopher Basso of Brooklyn Brewery. Join us for a walk around tasting with stations set up around the restaurant offering new Brooklyn brews paired with bacon inspired dishes. If that's not enough, we're sending each of our guests home with their choice of a Growler full of Brooklyn Beer or a copy of Ari's book.
$94 per person, all inclusive.
