Five bon vivants tear open the claptrap universe of big-time chemist and part-time spelunker, Ernie Deacon; caught between the gloaming silence of a rural town, the zealous supersight of a rest stop mystic, and the jangling strumsong of his own heart, Ernie is forced to take himself throat-wise and leap skyward. This goat rocket epic catches Ernie mid-bound and breathless; suspended momentarily in a screaming southern sky.
