Slow Food NYC Snail of Approval Market Dinner
Slow Food NYC Snail of Approval continues its dinner series with an upcoming Spring Market dinner at Vesta Trattoria and Wine Bar. Under the direction of Chef Michelle Vido, Vesta's hearty Italian fare, using only the freshest Greenmarket ingredients, has earned it the first Snail of Approval in the borough of Queens. The four-course communal meal will feature an optional two-course wine pairing -- an excellent opportunity to sample the seasonal dishes of the restaurant that has introduced the Slow Food movement to Astoria.
